Is There Parking?
Yes! We have free parking provided for guests at the rear of the salon :)
Is The Treatment Painful?
Not at all - comfort is our priority. A high-level numbing cream is applied before every procedure to ensure the process is as relaxed and pain-free as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as only a mild scratching or tingling feeling.
How Long Do Results Last?
Results vary by treatment and skin type. Semi-permanent makeup typically lasts 1–3 years, SMP around 3–5 years, and laser removal requires several sessions for complete fading. We’ll guide you on maintenance for the best long-term results.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
It depends on your treatment and skin type. Most PMU and SMP services are achieved in 2–3 sessions, while tattoo removal can take 4–8 sessions depending on ink depth and color.
Do I Need To Prepare For The Appointment?
Yes — avoid caffeine, alcohol, and intense sun exposure 24 hours before your appointment. For PMU and SMP, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face or scalp.
Can I Get Treatment If I'm Pregnant Or Breastfeeding?
For safety reasons, we don’t perform PMU or laser treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. You’re welcome to book once your doctor clears you postpartum.
How Should I Care For My Skin After Treatment?
You’ll receive full aftercare instructions before you leave the salon. Avoid makeup, saunas, or swimming for a few days, and keep the area clean and moisturized for optimal healing.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We have a cancellation policy of 48 hours! after your free consultation we require a £50 deposit - cancellation within the 48 hours will result in loss of the deposit.
